Saw Oakenfold Last Night - Hot!


Saw Paul Oakenfold last night at Amphitheater (Tampa Bay's hottest club in case you didn't know). He totally rocked.

It was also great partying with my friends who I don't get to see enough :-).

That’s because I have 3 children. I have successfully lost weight after having kids twice and am now on my 3rd run after the birth of my 3rd child.

I lost all my pregnancy weight after my first 2 children (lost 30 lbs. from my first pregnancy & 45 from my 2nd – yes I gained more weight the 2nd time ). After my 3rd child I’m already down 25 pounds and have about 15 to go.

Why am I telling you all of this? Because everything I’m putting in this weight loss blog are things that I have actually DONE to successfully lose weight & keep it off after having 3 kids.

Having this blog is great because it gives me a chance to share the successful things I’ve found for losing weight & keeping it off.

For example: I’ll show you how I lost 45 pounds while eating cake, cookies & pasta. How just now, I’ve lost 25 pounds eating pancakes.

You’ll learn about how to think about your food in addition to what to eat. Your mental attitude while losing weight is just as important as diet & exercise.

I’ll show you healthy substitutions you can make for your favorite foods that taste just as good or better than what you’ve been eating.

I’ll show you how to eat when ordering out & what to look for on the menu.

I will provide the names of products, brands & foods that are healthy & will actually help you to lose weight while enjoying what you eat.

The information on this weight loss blog is not just for losing weight though. This information will help you keep the weight off and live healthier even if you don’t need to lose any weight.

I will share my experiences AND the experiences I’ve seen of others for a broader perspective on weight loss.
